How to make
1. Cut the tomatoes into chunks, cucumbers – into circles, add salt to the chopped vegetables.
2. Add the sliced into thin crescents or rings onions and pepper.
3. Generously sprinkle oregano, if desired a little parsley, add the feta cheese sliced into large cubes, pour the olive oil in the plates and add vinegar to taste.
4. Optionally, you also can put a few small pickled peppers from a jar in each plate.
