Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and the sugar.
Add all the other ingredients in sequence, by stirring after each product is added.
Finally, add the flour, spoon by spoon, until the mixture has a thick consistency.
Grease a non-stick frying pan with a few drops of oil and cook the pancakes for about a minute on each side on medium heat.
I used whole wheat flour, but you can make the pancakes with white flour.
These turned out to be delicious whole wheat pancakes that are equally delicious with a sweet or savory filling.
Try the pancakes with sour cream too.
