Ingredients

  • cabbages - 1
  • flour - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • eggs - 1

How to make

Remove the leaves from the cabbage, then parboil them in salted hot water.

Once cool, shape each leaf into a pocket, roll in flour and egg, then sprinkle with pepper.

Fry each cabbage leaf on all sides in preheated oil.
