How to make
Wash the zucchini, cut them into cubes and salt them. Leave them for 30 minutes in a colander until the excess water is drained, then fry them until crispy in the heated oil.
Transfer them into a suitable bowl, add the pressed garlic, both types of yogurt, the chopped dill, salt and black pepper to taste.
Mix yogurt salad well and leave it to chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
