"Our favorite yogurt salad, but this time with zucchini - a surprisingly tasty combination!"

Ingredients

  • zucchini - 5 - 6 pcs. small ones
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • dill
  • strained yogurt - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • yogurt - 2 - 3 tbsp. plain
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Wash the zucchini, cut them into cubes and salt them. Leave them for 30 minutes in a colander until the excess water is drained, then fry them until crispy in the heated oil.

Transfer them into a suitable bowl, add the pressed garlic, both types of yogurt, the chopped dill, salt and black pepper to taste.

Mix yogurt salad well and leave it to chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
