How to make
Wash the rice in different water several times and drain it. Pour hot water over it and leave it for 15 minutes. Drain it and put it in heated butter in a pan on the stove.
Stir for 2-3 minutes and add 1 cup hot water or chicken broth, salt and pepper to taste. Reduce the heat and boil until the rice absorbs the liquid.
Remove it from the heat, cover the pot with a towel and put the lid on, so it smothers for 5-10 minutes. Serve pilaf portions with yoghurt.
