How to make
Beat the egg in a bowl, add the yogurt with baking soda.
Pour the crumbled white cheese into the bowl along with a little salt.
Finally, sift a cup of flour with a pinch of baking powder and mix everything well with a spoon into a thick mixture.
Pour 2 spoons of the dough into a rectangular tray onto baking paper and form 7-8 white cheese rolls.
The butter is distributed a little in the middle of each cheese roll.
Bake in a heated oven at 370°F (190°C) until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
Serve them hot for breakfast.
