Ingredients

  • yoghurt - 1 cup (250 g)
  • sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • apricots - 1 jar or pears
  • lemons - 1
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 cup (250 g)

How to make

Mix the sugar with the yoghurt. Add the egg, flour, baking soda, butter and half the juice of 1 lemon.

Mix everything well and pour it into a tray, buttered and sprinkled with flour. Arrange fruits from the compote on top, that you have cut into thin strips in advance.

Bake the pie until ready.
