"The rice cakes can be easily and quickly turned into interesting treats with just a little chocolate and a lot of imagination"

Ingredients

  • plain rice cakes - 12
  • dark chocolate - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • dried fruits - 7 oz (200 g) figs, cranberries, dates, apricots
  • orange peels - 8 - 10 pcs. from jam
  • raisins - 12, with chocolate
  • peanuts - 12, with chocolate
  • almonds - 1.4 oz (40 g), sliced

How to make

Melt the chocolate and add a few drops of oil to it. Take the rice cakes out of the package. Take one and dip it on one side into the chocolate.

Sprinkle the dried fruit, chocolate raisins and peanuts on top. Place pieces of orange peel here and there and sprinkle with sliced almonds.

Do the same with the rest of the products.

Arrange the biscuits on a tray and put them in the fridge to cool.

The rice cakes with chocolate, dried fruits and nuts are ready.
