How to make
Pour the sugar in a pot and heat it until it caramelizes. When ready, add the milk and stir until the caramel has melted.
In a bowl, beat the three eggs with the flour until a smooth cream is obtained. We add them to the milk in a thin stream with constant stirring.
When the cream thickens, we remove it from the stove and add the vanilla and butter.
Stir until the butter has melted.
We dip the cookies briefly in milk and arrange them in a rectangular baking pan. Next up is the cream and alternate until you run out of the products. We decorate the biscuit cake with melted chocolate and walnuts on top.
