How to make
Put the beans that you soaked overnight in water in a pot to boil. When it boils, skim off the foam, change the water and transfer the beans into a clay pot.
Add the oil, chopped porcini mushrooms and season with salt, savory herb and paprika. Cook the dish on low heat for about an hour and a half.
During this time, dice the carrot, celeriac, peppers, onion and tomato, finely chop the garlic and add everything into the clay pot.
Mix well and boil until done. Add finely chopped parsley and spearmint and season with black pepper and salt.
The beans with mushrooms in a clay pot are ready.
