How to make
First, make the syrup because it needs to be completely cold.
Put the sugar, water and lemon in the casserole. Wait for it to boil and cook for 10 minutes. Turn off and set it aside.
It is best to prepare it the night before, so that the syrup is completely cold.
Make the batter by placing all the ingredients in a large bowl and mixing well with a wooden spoon.
Pour a large amount of oil into a deep pan and wait for it to boil.
With the help of the piping bag, shape the tulumba and fry them until they acquire a nice golden brown color.
Remove and strain them onto kitchen paper. Put them in a tray in one row and pour the already cold sugar syrup over them.
Leave the classic Turkish tulumba tatlısı overnight to absorb the syrup.
You can also leave them in the refrigerator.
