How to make
Cut a pocket in the meat. Knead the mince with the finely chopped peppers, chopped parsley, egg yolk, salt and paprika.
Add salt to the meat, sprinkle it with black pepper and caraway seeds and fill it with the mixture.
Fasten the pocket with toothpicks, put it in a glass cook pot, sprinkle it with rosemary, add a little water and bake for about 1 hour in a moderate oven.
