measures

How to make

We wash the grapes for the recipe very well.

We only pick the grapes and here is the time to say that 1 kg is only the grapes.

I make my syrup first by mixing sugar and water and bringing them to a boil.

As soon as the water itself boils, wait 5 minutes and pour the grapes into the syrup.

If our temperature is high, we reduce it and let it boil for 30 minutes.

After turning off the heat, let the grapes stand for 6-7 hours in the sugar syrup.

Check the density of the jam and if it seems more liquid, boil to the desired density.

Finally, add the citric acid and continue cooking for another minute.

We fill the grape jam while it is still warm in preheated dry jars, close and turn them over with the lids facing down.

Leave them until the jars have completely cooled.

The seedless grape jam is served with waffles, pancakes, buhti.
