How to make
Peel and cut the apples into small cubes.
Put the chokeberry, sugar and apples in a saucepan.
Pour in the water and let it boil on a medium heat for about 30 minutes, until the fruit soften.
Then blend until smooth and return to the stove again for another 20 minutes, stirring continuously until the desired consistency is obtained.
5 minutes before the end of cooking, put half a spoonful of citric acid.
Leave it on the stove a little longer and then pour the hot fruit jam into clean, dry jars.
Close them and turn them upside down until completely cool.
From this quantity four 200 ml jars of delicious chokeberry and apple jam can be made.
