How to make
Clean, wash and dry the lamb. Salt it well on the inside. Alternately fry the onion, mushrooms, which have been cooled in advance and the chopped lamb offal and rice.
Add salt and spices to taste. Sow the lamb and coat it all over with a mixture of paprika, salt and oil.
Place it in a suitable baking pan, on vine sticks placed crosswise.
Pour water and cover with foil. Bake on low heat, for about 5-6 hours.
Periodically baste it with the sauce from the baking pan. Finally, remove the foil and bake the stuffed lamb until golden and crispy.
The stuffed lamb with offal, mushrooms and rice is ready.
