How to make
The ground beef is seasoned with salt, black pepper, oregano.
To it is added the egg beaten with beer, the chopped parsley, the diced pickles, the chopped hot pepper (without the seeds), the pressed garlic cloves and the pre-cleaned and finely chopped field mushrooms.
Mix well and leave at room temperature for half an hour.
Then, with wet or greased hands, form medium-sized meatballs, place them on a tray with lightly greased baking paper and bake them in an oven preheated to 430°F (220°C) for about 15 minutes.
They can be served both as a main course with a suitable side dish and as an appetizer for red wine or dark beer.
