How to make
Wash and cut the turkey into bites.
Put it in a pot with a little oil and fry it until golden.
Add finely chopped onion and zucchini, cut into crescents. Fry briefly. Add the white wine.
Wait for the alcohol to evaporate and pour a little water to cover the products.
Reduce the heat, cover and simmer until the meat is cooked. Be careful so that it does not run out of liquid.
Once the meat is ready, add the cream and spices.
Leave it for five minutes on the stove and turn it off.
Serve the stewed turkey with zucchini warm.
