  • turkey fillet - about 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • smoked processed cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • mozzarella - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • parsley - fresh
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • sauce
  • sour cream - 9 oz (250 g)
  • mustard - 1 tbsp.
  • white wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • salt

How to make

Cut the turkey fillet into thin steaks and season with salt and black pepper.

Place each between two layers of cling film and flatten with a mallet.

Also chop the processed cheese, mozzarella and parsley.

Prepare the sauce by mixing the cream, mustard and white wine together.

Mix well and add the spices, pressed garlic cloves and salt to taste.

Place a piece of processed cheese and mozzarella in each turkey steak and sprinkle with parsley. Roll into a tight roll and place in a lightly greased baking pan.

Pour the cream sauce and put the roulades to bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 30-40 minutes or until done.
