How to make
We cut the rabbit into portions. Mix the melted butter with black pepper, paprika, salt and roll the cut pieces of meat.
We put sliced onions and carrots on the bottom of the baking pan, then arrange the pieces of rabbit meat on top of them.
Add about 7 fl oz (200 ml) of water into the baking pan and cover with foil.
Roast the rabbit for 3 hours at 360°F (180°C) in a preheated oven.
Remove the foil and roast for 10-15 minutes.
