How to make
We separate the whites from the yolks and beat the whites into a thick white mixture.
In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the flour, baking powder, sugar and vanilla with a fork and add the egg whites, mixing carefully so that they do not lose volume.
We distribute the mixture in a tray with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 15 minutes. Take out the sponge cake layer and let it cool and cut it into two thinner layers.
We beat the confectionery cream along with the milk, vanilla and cream powder and spread the resulting cream abundantly between the layers.
Cool it in the freezer and serve it sprinkled with powdered sugar or chocolate shavings. Store it in the freezer.
