Stir the pressed garlic with the vinegar. Mix it together with all the other products - the olive oil, honey, salt, chopped dill, parsley, basil, paprika, white and black pepper.
Mix the marinade very well. Wash and cut the zucchini into circles or oblong slices if you like. Soak them in the marinade and let them season for 2 hours in a refrigerator.
Serve them as an appetizer or side dish.
