How to make
Dry the cooled fillets of tilapia well. Sprinkle them with salt, black pepper and grated lemon peel.
Place them in a tray covered with cling film and put them in the fridge for about an hour.
Take out the fish and dry it again from the liquid separated from the salt.
Put the flour, beer, egg yolks, baking powder and a little salt in a blender jug. Blend the ingredients well.
Separately beat the egg whites and add them to the breading, mixing them carefully with the rest of the ingredients.
The consistency of the mixture should be thick pancake batter.
Dip the tilapia fillet in the breading and roll it in the breadcrumbs.
We have added the dried spice to it to give it extra flavor.
In a frying pan with heated fat, bread the fillets.
Put the breaded fish on kitchen paper, which I change twice. Keep the fish fillets warm, near the stove.
Serve the breaded tilapia fillet garnished with fries and breaded crab sticks.
Season with lemon juice.
