  • lemons - 1 pc.
  • oil - for frying
  • eggs - 2 pieces
  • breadcrumbs - 7 oz (200 g)

How to make

Cut the shark fillet into pieces.

Season it lightly with salt and black pepper and leave it on a rack or colander to drain well.

Bread the pieces by dipping them in beaten egg, then roll them in breadcrumbs and finally in egg again.
