How to make
In a bowl, mix the two types of sauce.
Add the chicken seasoning, black pepper and salt to taste.
If desired, you can remove the skins from the chicken thigh steaks.
Put the steaks in the prepared marinade and leave them for about 30 minutes.
Grease the bottom of a baking pan with butter.
Arrange the steaks. Pour the remaining sauce over them and add the rest of the butter.
Bake the steaks in a preheated oven until golden brown.
Turn the steaks halfway through cooking.
Serve the juicy thigh steaks with a suitable garnish or couscous salad for example.
