How to make

Celery and Cauliflower Cream Soup which is healthy and nutritious.

Wash the cauliflower for the soup and put it in a pot covered with water. Add salt to taste and 10 minutes after boiling the water, turn off the stove.

In the cauliflower broth, put 1/2 head of cauliflower, broken into florets, the diced potato, carrot, dill, celery, black pepper, garlic, olive oil. Boil the vegetables for the soup for about 30-40 minutes.

In another pot, fry the flour with the butter.

After a minute, pour the cold milk, stirring with a wire whisk.

Wait for it to boil and remove from the stove. Add to the soup.

It will boil that way for another 15 minutes. Turn off the stove and blend.
