"Something simple and very appetizing - polenta baked with burrata and prosciutto"

Ingredients

  • for the polenta
  • water - 4 cups (1 L)
  • corn flour - 8 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • for garnish
  • prosciutto - slices
  • burrata
  • sesame seeds

How to make

Pour 1 liter of water into a pot. Pour in 8 tablespoons of corn flour, season with 1 teaspoon of salt and place the pot on a moderately heated stove.

Start stirring the polenta until it separates from the sides of the bowl or for about 30 min.

Pour the finished polenta into a baking pan and level it out well. Leave it for a few hours to harden well. Cut the polenta into pieces.

Heat a grill pan and grill the pieces for a few minutes per side. Arrange them on a large plate.

Serve the baked polenta with burrata and prosciutto sprinkled with sesame seeds and slices of prosciutto.
