Wash all the vegetables and place 2 lettuce leaves in a large plate. Distribute chopped tomatoes, green onions, torn tuna fillet, olives, sliced eggs on top.
At one end of the plate, place the red onion, finely chopped in advance. Top the salad with olive oil, vinegar, salt to taste, sprinkle it with oregano, black pepper and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
