  • bread - 10 slices
  • eggs - 3
  • milk - 12 fl oz (350 ml)
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • sugar - 2 pinches
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • butter - for frying

How to make

Begin the recipe by beating the eggs in a large bowl. Gradually add the milk, flour, baking powder, sugar and salt to them.

Stir to make a smooth mixture. Dip each slice in the mixture for a few seconds. The important thing is to soak them on both sides. Then fry the slices in a lot of fat.

Fry each side until golden brown. Then take out the slices and lay them on kitchen paper to get rid of unnecessary fat.

Serve the finished eggy bread according to your personal preference.
