How to make
Arrange the pre-washed and dried legs in a medium-sized container. Beat all the ingredients for the marinade - soya sauce, ketchup, honey, black pepper, chili, pressed garlic, oil and a little vinegar very well and then soak the legs with them.
Shake the container to distribute the marinade evenly. Quickly place the lid and leave for one night in the fridge, shuffling the drumsticks from time to time if possible. The next day, transfer everything to a glass cook pot with a lid.
Put the lid on and put the drumsticks to bake at 480°F (250 °C) initially, then reduce it to 390°F (200 °C). From time to time, pour the sauce from the pot over them and turn them over once during cooking.
