How to make
The most important thing here is the preparation of the zucchini. The zucchini is cut into small cubes. They are not salted, they are not greased.
Place them directly on baking paper. I baked mine in the air fryer on the Grill program for 10 minutes at 200°C.
You can also bake them in the oven at 390°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes.
The baked zucchini are then left to to cool completely.
The avocado, eggs and olives are added to the baked zucchini. If you don't like avocado, add something else - cucumbers, tomatoes, whatever you like.
I flavored the Zucchini Keto Salad with just olive oil and salt.
You can add whatever else you like. Now I'm thinking of trying it with tuna.
