How to make
Peel the zucchini, cut them into cubes and put them in a lightly greased tray with a little salt to toast. Bake them for only a little while, it is better for them to remain crunchy.
Mix the yoghurt with the curd, add salt, black pepper and white pepper, chopped dill and minced garlic. Serve the zucchini with a few spoonfuls of the yoghurt mixture.
