How to make
Wash the steak and rub it with crushed garlic, paprika and black pepper. Put it on the grill for 10 minutes, in a very hot oven with a grill setting for 25 minutes or in a pan for about 10 minutes.
The important thing is not to cook the meat too long, so it doesn't become tough. Wash, peel, cut the vegetables and put them in a tray, where you then mix them with black pepper, salt, a little oil and basil.
Put in the middle of the oven and bake at a high temperature for around 15 minutes until caramelized on top.
