How to make

Boil the potatoes, drain and peel them. Mash them with the butter, salt and milk, taking care to get a thick puree, not a runny one. Put it in the fridge for an hour. Preheat a few tablespoons of oil and fry the finely crushed garlic for 10-20 seconds. Add the pork mince and stir until crumbled well.

Add the soya sauce, a little black pepper and paprika and fry to full readiness. If necessary, add a little salt. Scoop from the paste and spread it in your palm slightly. Put a spoonful of minced meat and a crab roll slice in the middle.

Gently shape the potato balls. Roll each in mashed potato powder and beaten egg and drop to fry to a nice tan in preheated oil.
