How to make
Pick out tomatoes of the same size. Cut a cross on the tops and parboil in boiling water for about 1 minute, then peel them carefully.
Cut off the tops and remove the insides with a small spoon. Lightly salt and fill them with snow white salad. Decorate with parsley or dill.
