How to make
I used thawed green beans.
Heat a little oil in a pot, fry the chopped onion, garlic cloves, pepper and carrots.
Add the green beans and stew until their water evaporates.
Sprinkle with paprika, pour hot water to the level of the products and season.
Cook for 15 minutes, add grated and peeled tomato and boil until the beans are ready.
The flour is diluted with a little water into a paste and poured into the pot, by stirring well.
Cook for 2-3 minutes and it's done.
Serve it sprinkled with parsley and maybe a spoonful of yogurt.
Like grandma's stew.
