  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • leeks - 1 - 2 sprigs
  • liquid cream - 1 cup (250 ml), can use sour
  • salt

How to make

Peel the potatoes and cut them. Heat the oil and fry the chopped leeks.
