How to make
Soak the gelatin in 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) of cold water and let it swell.
Cut 2 medium-sized peaches into pieces and blend them along with the milk in a blender.
Then strain the mixture.
The peaches for the dessert can be replaced with another seasonal fruit such as apricots, strawberries, cherries. The amount should be around 7 oz (200 grams).
Heat the cream and sugar until boiling.
Remove from the heat and add the gelatin to the warm cream.
Stir until completely dissolved.
Then add the blended peaches with the milk to the cream.
Strain again and pour the fruit panna cotta mixture into glasses or bowls.
Put them in the fridge for a few hours until they the peach cream sets.
Before serving, dip each cup in hot water for a few seconds and invert the panna cotta onto a plate.
