How to make
The fish cutlets are washed, dried and sprinkled with salt.
Crush or press the garlic cloves in a bowl.
Add the olive oil, lemon juice, white wine, black pepper, lovage and dill. All the ingredients are mixed and the silver carp cutlets are placed in the resulting marinade.
They are rolled on all sides and left in the refrigerator for two to six hours to flavor.
The fish is baked on a heated and greased grill for 5-6 minutes on each side or until done.
Serve the grilled silver carp with a suitable fish garnish.
