Ingredients

  • tofu - 21 oz (600 g)
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • oil
  • soya sauce
  • lemon juice

How to make

Cut the tofu into thick pieces, grease them lightly on both sides with oil. Sprinkle them with paprika and wrap each piece in foil for baking.

Bake the tofu in a saucepan or grill, and then leave it to cool without unrolling the foil. Serve the tofu cooled, topped with a a marinade of soya sauce and lemon juice.
