How to cook
Wash the green salad and vegetables. The carrots are cut into thin slices, the spring onions and radishes into small pieces and the lettuce into strips.
Mix all of the vegetables, drizzle them with the wine, olive oil and lime juice.
Season the salad with salt and add the flaxseed, tofu and diced feta cheese.
The fresh spring tofu salad is ready.
