For this Turkish bread, mix the water, yeast and sugar in a bowl, cover it with cling film and leave it for 20 minutes.
Sift the flour and put it in a bowl, make a hole in the middle, pour in all the products and knead the dough, it should not stick to the hands.
Cover with transparent foil and leave it for 1 hour in a warm place.
Put baking paper in the baking tray, roll out the risen dough, place it in the tray, make patterns with the help of a knife or fork.
Cover with a towel and leave it for 20-30 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the milk, olive oil and spread the pide and sprinkle it with sesame seeds.
Bake the Turkish Bread Ramazan Pide in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 25 minutes.
