Ingredients

  • kiwi - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • sugar - 2 cups
  • lemon juice - from 1/2 lemon
  • water - 1 cup

How to make

Put the water in a suitable cooking vessel. Add the sugar and boil to a thick sugar syrup.

Peel the kiwi and cut it into the pieces you want.

Put the kiwi in the sugar syrup and reduce the temperature.

Boil over low heat until the jam thickens. At the end of cooking, add the lemon juice.

If desired, you can pour the jam into jars, close them with lids and sterilize them.

The amazing kiwi jam is ready.
