How to make
Simple and economical baked potatoes according to grandma's recipe.
Potatoes should be thin-skinned or new potatoes should be used.
Wash them well and boil them in salted water.
Dry them and without peeling them, arrange them in a greased tray.
Using a cup, press each potato lightly, so that it flattens and cracks.
Drizzle with a little oil, salt, dried oregano, black pepper and paprika. Other spices can be used according to your taste.
The tray is placed in the oven and grandma's potatoes are baked at 390°F (200°C) for about half an hour or until their edges start to brown.
Delicious and easy to make! The perfect potato side dish or vegan main dish.
