How to make
Mix the sour cream with the mascarpone, sugar and yogurt. Refrigerate.
Finely chop the strawberries.
At the bottom of suitable bowls pour 2 spoons of stale sponge cake crumbs (or crushed biscuits). Pour the cream on top, a row of strawberries with blueberries and cream again. Finish off with fruit.
Garnish the fruit cream with fresh mint.
The fruit and cream dessert is amazing.
