How to make
Pour 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) of milk into a saucepan and set the rest aside for now. Add the starch and yolks and beat with a wire whisk.
Put the milk that you set aside in a saucepan and heat it with the sugar to melt. As soon as it boils, remove it from the heat. Add to the yolk mixture and put it on the stove for ten minutes.
Once the time has passed, remove from the stove and pour the vanilla and mascarpone. Stir the delicious dairy cream.
Pour the blueberries, the sugar and the water into the saucepan on the stove and as it boils, mash the fruit. Reduce the heat and boil until the blueberry jam thickens and remove it from the stove.
Take 1 tbsp. from the jam and put it in the prepared cream bowls. Be careful not to mix them.
