How to make
Grind the oats with the linseed together first. Add both types of flour to them and sprinkle with salt.
Dissolve the yeast separately in 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) of water. Add it to the flour and pour olive oil. Gradually knead a dough.
If necessary, add a little more liquid so that the dough is not too hard.
Knead for about 6 minutes, or if you have a food processor, the time is less - about 3 minutes.
Put the dough in a bowl and cover it with a towel. Leave it in a warm place to rise for about an hour.
Tear off balls from the finished dough and form small bread rolls. Line a tray with baking paper and arrange the bread rolls at a distance from each other.
Allow them to rise again and swell slightly. Note that these Dietary Bread Rolls will not rise as much.
Spread the risen bread rolls with warm water with a kitchen brush. Sprinkle them with linseed and coarse salt, if you have any.
Heat the oven to 390°F (200°C) and bake the bread rolls for about 25 minutes. At the 10th minute, however, reduce the oven to 360°F (180°C) so they don't burn.
