Ingredients

  • tomato juice - 1 liter (fresh or sterilized)
  • eggs - 4
  • white cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • onions - 1 large onion
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • savory herb - to taste
  • parsley - for sprinkling
  • hot peppers - 2
measures

How to make

Heat a little oil in a deep pan, add the onion cut into crescents and fry until soft.

Sprinkle with sugar towards the end to caramelize the onion.

Pour the tomato juice and boil until it thickens, but shortly before, add the finely chopped garlic.

Sprinkle with black pepper, savory herb and salt to taste and mix. Sprinkle with the crumbled white cheese, beat the eggs and close the lid of the pot to stew for 3-4 minutes.

Remove mish mash from the heat and sprinkle it with the chopped parsley and hot pepper.

Grandma's tomato stew is ready.
