How to make
Crush the biscuits into flour. I used cinnamon biscuits, but any type of biscuits will do the job. Mix the eggs with the sugar.
Heat the milk slightly and add it to the eggs along with the vanilla. Add the biscuits to the mixture and mix. Pour the mixture into a greased small mold.
Bake in a water bath in a heated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes.
Wait for the crème caramel to cool, turn it over onto a plate and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
The crème caramel with biscuits is ready.
