Ingredients

  • dough - 1.1 lb (500 g), ready - made
  • minced meat - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • spring onions - 3 stalks
  • mushrooms - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • tomato puree - 2 tbsp.
  • processed cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • yellow cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • savory herb

How to make

Fry the minced meat in a little fat. Add the onion and mushrooms. Finally, add the puree and spices. Leave the mixture to cool.

Separate a bit of the dough, roll it out and place it in a greased baking pan.

Make balls from the remaining dough. Place a piece of processed cheese in each and arrange them in a circle in the baking pan.

Pour the filling in the middle. Leave it to rest for 20 minutes.

Spread with egg yolk beaten with a little oil and bake at 390°F (200°C) for 35 minutes.

Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese and place the stuffed bread back into the oven for a few minutes.

The minced meat, mushrooms and processed cheese bread is ready.
